Our workshop has been equipped with modern machineries including CNC drilling machines in order to make any kind of tube sheets and support plates. These parts are widely used for fabrication of heat exchangers.

| All machining activities such as lathe machining, drilling, reaming, taping, Grooving, and surface milling can be carried out exactly according client’s drawings and specifications. |

Size and Shape
Any size and shape of tube sheet or baffle plate used to make a TEMA or even non-TEMA type can be provided. Round, half round, rectangular or square plates can be programmed and drilled.

Material
Material ranges is varied from ordinary carbon steel to alloy steel, all grades of Stainless Steel, Clad Steel consisting of Nickel, Hest alloy Monel and S.S and also titanium.
